These general terms and conditions of trade are valid for all deliveries from Kontex to consumers (§ 13 BGB).
2. Contracting partners
The contract is concluded with Kontex, Rostocker Straße 67, 17166 Teterow. You reach our service for questions, complaints and reclamation's on working days from 9:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. under the telephone number +49-3996-182041.
3. Offer and conclusion of the contract
The presentation of the products in the online shop is no legal binding offer but a request to order it. All offers are valid 'while stocks last' if nothing else is marked at the product. Errors and omissions excepted!
By clicking on the button 'Bestellung abschicken/send order' in the last step of the order process you enter into a binding agreement to buy the items in the basket of goods. The contract is concluded when we accept your order by sending you a confirmation of your order by e-mail.
Consumers (§ 13 BGB) have a legal right of withdrawal from their order.
Right of withdrawal
You can retract from your contract declaration within two weeks by declaring your withdrawal without reasons by letter, fax or e-mail or by sending the items back. The statutory period begins at the earliest with the receiving of this information. To keep the period it is sufficient to send your withdrawal or the product in time. In case of an effective withdrawal the from both sides received benefits have to be given back and the possible use (for example interests) have to be returned. If you can not give back the from us received benefits or only partial or only in a poor condition you have to give us probably a substitute. This is not valid for the handing over of an item if the poor condition of the item only results from the check of this item - like it could for example have been checked in a store. You can avoid the duty to reimburse the value of the item if you do not take the item into use like your own property and by avoiding anything that may reduce its value. Items which can be sent as a package have to be sent back. Items which can not be sent back as a package will be collected from you. You have to pay for the sending back if the delivered item corresponds to the ordered item and if the price of the returned item is not higher than 40 EUR or if, at a higher price of the item, at the time of your withdrawal you have not paid the complete price or the agreed hire purchase price. Commitments about reimbursements of payments have to be fulfilled by you within 30 days after sending your withdrawal.
Your right of withdrawal expires early if your contract partner has already started with the carrying out of its service with your explicit consent before the end of the period of withdrawal of if you arranged it by your own (for example in case of downloads etc.).

5. Prices and shipping charges
The prices on the product pages include the legal value-added tax and other parts of the price.
Additional to the given price we charge 3.00 EUR per order for delivering the items within Germany. The shipping charges are given once again clearly on the product side, in the basket of goods system and on the order side.
If paying by cash on delivery we calculate an additional charge of 3.00 EUR (Germany) or 6.00 EUR (Europe) which has to be paid to the postman on the spot. There are no more taxes or costs.
We deliver only to Germany.
The regular delivery time is three working days. If there are other delivery times you are informed on the concerning product side.
If the product is not available in time because we are not supplied with the product from our supplier we will inform you immediately. In this case it is up to you to wait for the product or to cancel your order. In case of cancellation all your payments will be reimbursed immediately.
7. Mode of payment
The mode of payment can be advance payment, cash on delivery, credit card or debit entry.
If you choose advance payment we inform you about our bank account on our confirmation of your order and deliver the product as soon as possible after we received your payment.
You only have the right to offset your payment against your debt claims if your debt claims are legally valid by court or if they were accepted by us in a written form.
You only have the right to retain as far as the claims result from the same contract relationship.
8. Ownership reservation
The items remain in our ownership until they are paid completely.
The guarantee follows the legal regulations. In all cases of defects within the legal guarantee period of two years from the time of delivery you have the legal right to get the product retouched (to your choice: to eradicate the flaws or to get a new item) and - if the legal preconditions are fulfilled - the legal right of reduction or withdrawal and a claim of compensation. You have to allow us altogether two tries of making improvement to the item. If the making of improvements desired by you is only possible with excessively high costs for us your claim is reduced to the other improvement.
Order procedure After finding the desired product you can place it with no binding into the basket of goods by clicking on the button 'Bestellen/order'. To view the contents of the basket just click on the button 'Warenkorb/basket'. The contents of the basket can be removed by clicking on the symbol 'Löschen X/delete'. When you want to buy the items in the basket please click on the button 'Weiter zum Bestellformular/go to order form'. Now please fill in your data. The data that have to be filled in are marked with a '*.' By clicking on the button 'Bestellung abschicken/send order' the order procedure is finished. This procedure can be cancelled at any time by just closing the browser window. On each page you find further information, for example how to correct your input. Text of the contract The text of the contract is saved in our internal system. The general terms and conditions of trade can be viewed at any time on this side. Your order data and the general terms and conditions of trade will be sent to you by e-mail. For security matters the text of the contract can no longer be viewed by internet after you sent your order. Data protection We use your data to fulfil and process your order. Your data is given to the delivery contractor as far as this is necessary (name, address, and if necessary your telephone number to arrange the delivery date). For handling your payments we give your payment data if necessary to our bank. By using a customers login: At the customers login you can view your saved data.
Without using the customers login: After the contract is processed completely and the price for the items is paid your data will be blocked for further using and will be deleted after the by tax and law regulated periods have passed.
