This is one of the all time great cat fights and can only be stopped when a guard arrives and puts a gun on Shelly. The guard and Quisha decide to take Shelly to their training camp and force her to fight their trainer; Spice. Handcuffed, they drag her to the training camp where Spice is busy training three of her beautiful, eager students. Shelly is then forced to fight the strong imposing Spice, and does well until Spice's girls help out. And once Spice takes over we get a lesson in classic wrestling, as every possible hold, move and throw is executed, even Quisha joins in to add the finale complete humiliation. But who has the tape?
