Donkey calf raises: with two legs and a girl on the hips. At every repetition the heel has to contact the ground., as high as possible to the toe standing.
Leg-wrestling: six matches, each girl tries to press her opponent's legs together and apart.
Seated calf raises: sitting, on one leg, the partner has to be lifted on the toes as often as possible. The partner tries to make herself as heavy as possible.
Seated calf hold: sitting as before. Now the feet are coming to their workout. How long can a high position be hold until the heel touches the book?
Not only for us this was a novelty which causes much fun.
